We hire Guatemalan participants for a 9-month program where they are trained spiritually and practically through one-on-one mentorship, workplace skills, weekly devotionals and teachings.

A portion of River’s resources goes directly to funding local outreaches designed and run by our staff, so they can have a firsthand look at the practical ways that they can make a difference in their own country.

At the end of our program, our goal is for participants to be equipped to take the next steps in the calling God has placed on their life.
